OUR LIMITED GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee our products will be free of defects in materials or manufacturing when you receive them. ChloroGuard™ garments have an additional warranty (see below). Items may be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of receipt. Sorry, no refunds or replacements of worn, soiled or laundered items. Items ordered with a logo may not be cancelled or returned. Enclose the packing slip and ship return items prepaid to us. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Any replacement items you purchase will be shipped postage paid by H2O Wear.

CHLOROGUARD™ LIMITED PRORATED WARRANTY

Every ChloroGuard garment is warranted to maintain 90% of its original elasticity and recovery for one full year from date of purchase. This is a prorated warranty. A merchandise credit will be issued based on the number of weeks remaining in the one-year warranty period. (Example: If a garment is judged to have failed with 13 of 52 weeks remaining on its warranty, a credit of 13/52, or 25%, of the original purchase price would be issued.) The credit may only be used toward the purchase of another ChloroGuard garment. Fading or pilling may occur and are not covered by this warranty. No monetary refunds will be issued. Credits have no cash value. Garments to be considered under this warranty must be returned, postage paid, to H2O Wear for technical analysis.
