Want to return something?

There's no need to call. No preauthorization required. Just follow these 3 simple steps:

1. FILL OUT the enclosed "Quick & Easy Returns & Exchanges" form received with your order, noting the reason for the return and whether you prefer to replace the item(s) or receive a refund.

2. PLACE both the item(s) and your form in a secure package and AFFIX the self-addressed return mailing label, also received with your order, to the outside of your package.

3. APPLY appropriate postage (your responsibility) and send via the carrier of your choice to:

(We recommend using a form of traceable delivery as H2O Wear is not responsible for packages lost in transit)

Please note:
Any merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days from the date you receive it. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Any replacement item(s) you purchase will be shipped postage paid by H2O Wear. Sorry, any item(s) ordered with a logo may not be returned.
